Experience an unique community class with On Point at Exeter Sports, where participants of all levels can engage in a 45 minute session focused on the foundational Pilates method created by Joseph Pilates.
Enjoy mindful movement and breath work while having fun - just remember to bring a mat or towel, water, and a friend (have them sign up).
This is a free community class, however we are raising funds for some permanent props for future community classes so donations towards are community project are welcome!
