With over 25 years of experience teaching movement and 14 years working in rehabilitation, we specialize in helping beginners, those recovering from injury, and anyone looking for individualized support.
Curious about Pilates but not sure where to begin?
Our Intro Package is designed for those who are new to Pilates, managing aches and ailments, or simply wanting to get started the On Point way. Through three private sessions, we'll assess your movement, introduce Pilates principles, and help you build confidence using the equipment.
The Intro Package is required before joining our semi-private equipment sessions and individualized MVMT Lab circuits, ensuring you have the foundation needed to move safely and effectively.
Not quite ready for equipment sessions? No problem. Our Pilates Mat + Props classes are open to everyone and do not require the Intro Package.
