In 2016, Amanda opened On Point Pilates Studio to create a space where movement could bridge the gap between rehabilitation and fitness. For the past nine years, On Point Pilates has been a haven for clients to rediscover their strength, balance, and confidence. Amanda believes Pilates is more than an exercise method—it’s a tool for healing, growth, and empowerment. Her approach is deeply personal, meeting clients where they are and creating customized programs that honor the uniqueness of every body and every story. Having spent many years as a single mother, Amanda understands the demands and challenges of balancing family, work, and self-care. Now married, she draws on her personal experiences and professional expertise to create a compassionate and empowering environment for her clients. Pilates, for me, is more than just a workout; it’s a movement practice that connects the mind, body, and soul. My favorite movement is the full swan—I just love the elegance and strength it embodies. As an instructor, my mission goes beyond the reformer &amp; mat. I’m passionate about learning as many languages as possible, so I can share the joy of Pilates across different cultures and communities around the world. One quote that resonates with me is by Lana Del Rey: “I used to wonder if it was God’s plan that I should be alone for so much of my life. But I found peace.
